RETURN POLICY

All furniture and decor items are sold as is, where is, there are no refunds, warranties, guarantees, returns, and/or exchanges once the item has been picked up and/or leaves our warehouse. If an item(s) is not in the JR Furnishings current inventory and is ordered for you, there are no refunds on your deposit for the item(s). We don't accept returns and all sales are final. If an item(s) is not in the JR Furnishings current inventory and is ordered for you, it may be inspected at our showroom before accepting delivery or pickup of furniture or decor items, there are no refunds on your deposit for the item(s).

 

*If you are receiving white glove delivery service from one of our distributors please let us know if there are any defects on the day and time of scheduled delivery. All shipping charges are customer responsibility.
